Once booked, the patient sees a personalised confirmation with their appointment details, practice location, and what to expect. They'll also receive a receipt from Stripe, and because it's all integrated with Dentally, your standard appointment reminders will all work automatically as usual.

CastleGate Case Study

We developed this service working closely with Castle Gate Dental, an independent Dentally-based practice in Dursley, Gloucestershire. Working alongside their in-house team and dentists, we built a system that's operationally smooth for reception staff and profitable for the owners.
We focused on two priorities: building a reliable "new patient" lever that can be turned on and off to quickly fill dentist and hygienist availability, as well as attracting high-value Invisalign and implant cases.

What industries do you work with?

This service is designed exclusively for dental practices that use Dentally. Our funnels, ad campaigns, and integrations are all purpose-built for dentists, not adapted from a generic template.

What's included in your services?

Everything is listed in the pricing section above. In short: Meta ads, Google ads, custom-built landing pages with Dentally integration, ad creative, organic social media, fortnightly strategy calls, and lead routing to your CRM or a tracking spreadsheet. All for one flat monthly fee.

How much does it cost?

£1,500 per month. Ad spend is separate and controlled by you. There are no setup fees.

How long before I see results?

It depends on the business. If we've already worked with businesses like yours, we can normally start getting you leads and new customers within a couple of weeks. For ecommerce it will depend on your account maturity and the product, so we'd give you a more honest answer on a call.

How long before I see results?

We typically need a week or so to onboard your practice and get everything set up. From there, most practices see their first leads within the first couple of weeks of campaigns going live. Open day campaigns tend to deliver strong results from the very first event. Evergreen campaigns take 2-3 months to fully optimise, but you'll be generating leads well before that.

Do I need to commit to a contract?

No. You sign up for a monthly subscription through Stripe and can cancel through your portal whenever you want. That said, we'd ideally like to work together for at least three months so we can properly optimise your campaigns and gather enough data to maximise your return.

What if I already have an agency?

We're happy to work alongside other agencies if they cover different things. If they're running ads or building funnels for you already, it's worth having an honest conversation about whether they're delivering the results you need. We'd encourage you to compare.

Do I need to use Dentally?

Our system is built to integrate directly with Dentally, so that's what we support out of the box. If your practice uses a different practice management system, get in touch anyway — we may be able to work with your setup, but we can't guarantee the same level of integration.
