What data do we collect?

Promothean collects the following data:

  • When surfing our site, we collect your ip address, length of time you were on the site, whcih page you came to us from, search terms you may have used to find us, which page you left from and your account names for any services you are logged in to, e.g. gmail.com, FaceBook etc.
  • When doing business, we collect your name, company name, billing name, address, billing address, relevant phone numbers, VAT number (if applicable) and any other information relevant to billing, sales and normal client contact.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Promothean with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
